Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Ocean Voyager Marine Electronics A.Ş. ("Ocean Voyager", "we", "us" or "our"), registered in Kocaeli, Turkey, and the entity or individual ("Partner", "you") accessing or using the Ocean Voyager Partner Portal.

By registering for an account and checking the consent box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Portal.

Access to the Partner Portal is restricted to authorised Ocean Voyager partners — companies and individuals that have entered into a partnership or service agreement with Ocean Voyager, or that have been specifically invited by Ocean Voyager to use the Portal.

Registration requires a valid invitation code issued by Ocean Voyager. Each invitation code is single-use, linked to a specific email address, and expires upon use.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly upon any change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Immediately notifying Ocean Voyager of any unauthorised access or security breach at technic@oceanvoyagermarine.com

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with third parties.

The Partner Portal allows authorised partners to submit the following document types for review:

• Installation Reports (for VDR / S-VDR installations)
• Annual Performance Test (APT) Reports
• Service Reports

Accuracy obligation: You warrant that all submitted documents and the information they contain are accurate, authentic and complete. Submission of falsified, incomplete or misleading documentation is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, revocation of any issued certificates, and referral to relevant authorities.

Ocean Voyager reserves the right to request additional documentation, clarification or on-site verification before accepting any submission.

Upon satisfactory review of submitted documentation, Ocean Voyager may issue a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) confirming that the reviewed VDR / S-VDR installation or annual performance test meets the applicable standards (IEC 61996-1, IEC 61996-2, IMO Res. A.861(20), MSC.333(90) or successor regulations).

Issuance of a CoC does not constitute a guarantee of continued compliance. Partners are responsible for maintaining equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable regulations. Ocean Voyager retains the right to revoke any CoC if it is subsequently discovered that the underlying documentation was inaccurate or fraudulent.

Certificates are issued in digital PDF format and are verifiable through the Ocean Voyager public verification portal.

Ocean Voyager reserves the right to:

• Accept, reject or request revision of any submitted document at its sole discretion
• Set and modify review timelines based on operational capacity
• Request additional supporting evidence for any submission
• Conduct audits of submitted records

Ocean Voyager does not guarantee a specific review turnaround time.

Ocean Voyager may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You submit fraudulent, falsified or misleading documentation
• Your partnership or service agreement with Ocean Voyager expires or is terminated
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• Your account shows signs of unauthorised access or compromise

Upon termination, your access to the Portal will be revoked. Document records and certificates already issued will be retained for the periods set out in our Privacy Notice.

All content, software, design and documentation on the Partner Portal and public website — including but not limited to the Ocean Voyager logo, product documentation, certificate templates and system design — are the exclusive intellectual property of Ocean Voyager Marine Electronics A.Ş. and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Portal solely for the purpose of submitting and tracking your documents as an authorised partner. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works of any Ocean Voyager content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean Voyager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Partner Portal, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Ocean Voyager's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Portal shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Ocean Voyager in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kocaeli, Turkey.

For maritime certification matters, applicable IMO conventions and flag state regulations take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered partners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at oceanvoyagermarineelectronics.com/legal/terms.
